It looks generally traced.
The lines are kinda blocky, there's seemingly no guidelines, you drew the shading??, You stopped at the dotted line where most artists would either go over or tape up, the hair kinda gives it away with how it looks like it's not even coming from the head.
It looks like it has no soul.
