Judge Dismisses Manslaughter Charge Against Daniel Penny, Orders Jurors to Consider Lesser Charge

Alvin Bragg and the judge just made their next best effort to screw Daniel Penny.

Instead of declaring a hung jury, the judge granted the prosecution’s request to dismiss the more serious manslaughter charge and bring back the jury on Monday to deliberate the second charge, criminal negligence.

The judge should have declared a mistrial, but that would mean Penny goes free. In Democrat run NYC, only the criminals are given that right.
