Shared ALTs and why it's a trouble giving Mod to them. Many shared ALTs have existed in the MSmg for years, some recieved Moderation status once and others didn't. For the sake to not risk Moderation Abuse from people, shared ALT's cannot be given Moderator status until the users behind the account are known off. If we know who's behind a shared account, we can give Mod to them, but it doesn't mean we always will. After and before inactive Mods cleanup, its often risky to hand mod to people sharing accounts because we can't always be sure of who of who did one thing and another. new rule
