How does a voting game work vro

So basically you either vote to save or vote to eliminate users (it's different each round)
If it's VtE, the user with the most votes gets out, if it's VtS, the user with the least votes gets out
Also you can only vote users in a highlighted group (In the top 10, you can only vote highlighted users)
