I just had an extreme anxiety attack. It's the 2nd extreme anxiety attack I've had within a month. I constantly worry thinking something bad is gonna happen to my mum and/or dad and I always phone them to check on them but when they don't answer my anxiety builds up. My extreme anxiety attacks seem psychotic to me cause I literally scream my lungs out, throw things across the room and even bite chunks of my fingertips off or punch walls full force. I just wish I could control it cause it f**ks me up
