1- Following
In the bar that shows you comments, followers, featured images etc. it should have a following part, where it shows how many users you follow.

2- knowing followers and following
you would also be able to click on the words "following" or "followers" and it would take you to a separate link and show who follows that user, and you would have settings such as "least to most points" "latest" "oldest" and "most to least points"

3- memechat groups
I know this has been tried before and didn't work out but it would still be awsome

if you go to your settings on the sidebar there should be a followed users part or sum
also if you go into memechat and type "_" you should be able to see who you chat and who follows you/is open to chat
