Tbf I’m not surprised that man’s been bullshittin this entire year. He brought us down before every marching competition, and when the ENTIRE BAND called him out for being an insensitive negative immature prick, he just gets all defensive like a petulant child. One of my friends let’s name her uh…Susie (FNAF related name pog?) So Susie is the sweetest go***mn girl in the world Istg- She’s so sweet and I feel so bad for her because that woman has some BACKSTORY- But we’re not gonna get into that. Susie’s a mellophone and couldn’t make it to the game because she had a Doctors appointment at 2pm and then her cousin’s tires had to be replaced and that took from 2pm-5pm/6pm. And so she told him how she’s not gonna be at the game and he called it a “lame ass excuse.” Just like that. Exactly like that. Like dude this isn’t your girlfriend who cheated on you, this is a CHILD who is your STUDENT. He’s so immature and then he complains about US being immature and undisciplined as an ensemble. Hey dumbass? Whose job is it to teach us how to be mature? Who’s job is it to discipline us? If the entire band is a “second rep band” then that must mean that YOU, Mr “Oh-pity-me-I’m-a-grown-f**king-man-that-complains-about-things-I-could’ve-taught-my-students-but-didn’t.” Are a second rep band DIRECTOR.
