The abuse evidence was on the 2nd floor of his 4 story hoarded home alongside several electronics containing the evidence on his ground floor bedroom including *media of disabled children* he kept for personal arousal!
Robert "Bob" Lewis owns the deed / title to Logan Creek Road in Santa Cruz County and is delinquent in his responsibility to maintain the private dirt road thus endangering the residents and surrounding land. The County of Santa Cruz should annex the road due to safety concerns.
