When the absolute solve hatchling during EP 4 appears it has an eye and it's breathing and it's been proposed by lore drone that the AS is an Alien virus so this creature is an Alien.

Also how would Uzi know how to make a lazer gun without human designs because she's just a teen and not that smart

So there must've been a war on c9 over the planet that humans won

Given the massive amount of oil in the series the planet must've been filled with it

Also the AS hatchling appears in a puddle of oil so the aliens probably feasted on oil to survive and with the humans wanting to take some it became a war.

Which explains how Uzi had the accessible knowledge to make a lazer gun

The last bit of aliens made viruses to infect their drones by implanting it inside the oil they used so EVERY drone would be affected

Most viruses failed but the AS almost reached its goal to destroy humanity as an act of revenge from the aliens and the other possible virus making Alice's eyes orange which mildly succeeded

They couldn't perfect the viruses because they were in hiding and probably died out as humans did when the core collapsed.

You had me up till you made the comment on oil. I live in an oilfield area. It is 100% believable that there is that much oil. The core probably isn't filled with it any more than earth's core is filled with it.
