I’ve been through worse in the first five minutes of my morning!” Their words are like daggers, attempting to wear down Negu’s focus. The crowd watches as Negu’s expression flickers, clearly annoyed but undeterred.
Argh’s resistance to psychic damage comes into play early as Negu attempts to drain their energy with a focused psychic pulse. Argh barely flinches, thanks to their resistance, but the attack still makes their head spin for a moment. “That’s cute,” Argh mutters, snapping back with a barrage of psychic energy aimed directly at Negu’s mind. It’s a sharp, precise attack, forcing Negu to brace themselves against the sudden onslaught.
But Negu is no slouch. They quickly recover, using their psychic draining ability to sap Argh’s mana, making the Shroom’s yapping less effective. With a smirk, Negu steps forward and attempts a low-level mind control technique, but Argh’s resistance to psychic influence kicks in, making the attempt only partially successful. Negu closes the gap, using a final draining pulse to take complete control of Argh’s mental defenses. The Shroom’s resistance fades, and Negu delivers a decisive psychic blow that incapacitates them.
