if any one of the "finders, miners, or millers" work, earn, and save enough, they TOO can become a "mine owner" and "own all the gold"

... and by "own all the gold" you realize that the "mine owners" bear the responsibility of paying for wages, taxes, equipment, land, workers comp, insurance, and EVERTHYING ELSE that allows the workers to work, earn, save, etc..
