If we take the statement that Godzilla’s atomic breath (in the monsterverse) is the strongest thing ever, then Godzilla’s abilities is technically more powerful than a black hole

We have LITERAL GOD AND SATAN, and SEVERAL pokemon able to just casually throw around black holes. WE HAVE THE LITERAL CONCEPT OF DEATH.

Arceus, Giratina, Mewtwo, Mew, Gardevoir, Yveltal, etc.

And rayquaza. Can't forget rayquaza.

Kaiju definitely have the size advantage though.

Im tempted to say the kaijus, but pokemon has literal time controlling stuff, gods, nature spirits, ultimate lifeforms, and one that's whole thing is it always wins.
