Christian Worldview Citizenship 101: Honor Those in Authority
“Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. For
there is no authority except from God, and the authorities
that exist are appointed by God” Romans 13:1; As Christians, we honor God by respecting civic leaders,
recognizing that their authority ultimately comes from Him. Christian citizenship calls us to uphold God’s design for order in
society by respecting those in positions of authority, praying for
them, and fulfilling our own civic responsibilities with integrity.
