actually probably because phonetically the “Ra” sound was spelled like “Rha” so there wouldn’t be any inherent reason to spell it like that in Greek
you can literally just take any god in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greek_mythological_figures that starts with “Rha” (there are quite a few) and spell it beginning with “Ra” instead since that matches with gods having slightly different names and name spellings
