What do halos mean

That they died

Is it like a nuzlocke or something where you can't use them again in a run after they die

no it's just purely cosmetic

They just get halos because they've both died before in the show

Ohhh it's a cosmetic
I thought it was something like a small status indicator
Like how some games have a crown above a winning player

Ah

I just think it looks cool

And since both Goku and Vegeta have it, their fusions get halos when they fuse

Ah

and then Teen Gohan is there because he's my favorite character in the series

What's his deal

He basically trained with his dad for a few years only for Cell to kill Piccolo (Gohan's best friend basically) and then Goku sacrifices himself to destroy Cell only for Cell to just come back

Which makes Gohan crashout so hard he unlocks Super Saiyan 2

crazy

and then he became an adult, stopped fighting, got a wife, and a daughter

And the community is mad because he decided to stop fighting and live a normal life instead
