Smiling Critter's Fan-Story:
"You're too kind"; It’s a somewhat normal day in the meadows, where the sky is clear and sunny, which is the weather that Dogday really liked. To take in the most of this day, he arranges the Critters to come out and have a picnic, a normal, fun picnic. He convinced every single critter to come, even Catnap, who only agreed on the condition that he get’s an extra long nap after. After that, he sets up by a nice shady tree. With the help of his good friend, Picky, they set up a nice lookig picnic with plenty of good food (most of which was what Picky provided). Dogday smiles, looking at their work, Pick, however, was nervous. “I hope everone likes what I made… I worked hard on it” she said. Dogday put’s his paw on the pig’s shoulder “Don’t fret, Pick, they’ll love it, especialy that apple pie, it looks good!” He said, eyeing the apple pie. It smelt fresh and delicious. Pickly then looked giddy, “Yeah, I worked extra hard on that, I just know evryone would love it!”. Then, a voice came from up the hill, “Love what?”, and then came Bubba, the blue elephant who then noticed now nice the picnic setup looked. “Ooh, this looks nice!” he said happily. Dogday smiled as he complements his work. Then came the two rivalry friends, Hoppy and Kickin, who tried to beat one another up the hill. In the end, Hoppy won by a few feet. Kickin wasn’t happy about that. “Damn” he said frustrated” I would’ve won…” Hoppy playfully stuck her tounge out, “Next time, be a bit better” she said playfully. Then came right behind her was Crafty, who walks up shyly as per usual, and says nothing. She was also hard at work with a drawing, and didn’t say anything. Then up came Catnap, who was looking grumpy as ever. “can’t belive I woke up for this dumb thing…” however, Dogday was happy, his tail wagging behind him. “Catnap, you came!”. Catnap looks at him angrly, “I swear, if you go back on your promise on that long nap, I will…”. His sentence was cut off by the yelling of someone from the top. “Hey! Wait up!” it was Bobby as she runs up. She continues running up, yelling “Sorry I was late, I needed to sort some stuff, but I’m here!” she continues running, till she’s evntualy up the hill, and she make it, she runs a bit more, trying to get to the critters, but then, she trips on a long purple tail (not on purpouse), and like it was in slo-mo, evryone panicked, she was falling, Catnap didn’t give a damn, and then Bobby eventually falls… on the picnic; She falls flat on (dear god) the apple pie that Picky worked up, then, the blanket moved and spilled all of the food on the glass, and the splatter hit everyone, and also ruining Crafty’s drawing. The whole picnic was ruined. Everyone was speechless and was surprised. Even Catnap, who was also kind of relieved (how dare he). When Bobby’s head rises up, she realized the mess she made, and everyone was looking at her surprised. Dogday looked like he was going to say something, but before he could, Bobby ran away in embarrasment and saddness, crying down the hill.
