No, the fish I would catch from the river would be my property under capitalism. Under communism they would be the states' property instead of mine. Now if I fished on behalf another for a cut, I'd still have fish that I'd own. Under communism I wouldn't own any of them, they belong to the state and thus they are free to take them all if they wanted.

So you don't know what communism is. The end goals of communism includes eliminating the state, however, any large group requires specialization to function and thus requires a state. So saying it is stateless is either ignorance or a lie.

A stateless community can exist on a small scale, such as farm or small village. But no nation will manage this. so you're advocation a fantasy over a functional system.
