You can see that Oren, Black, and Vineria all have a mini version of themself in their stomach. It is only possible for Vineria to carry a child because she is a female. She is missing the flowers that are in her wig (she is bald but she was born with the horn). Also in the thumbnail, everyone seems to be joyful and excited to be a parent. They are all over 18, so they are okay to be parents but Oren and Black do not get pregnant. In their stomachs, babies are not supposed open their eyes or start crying in the womb and that only happens after they are born.
