It helps relieve me of anger and makes me.feel gender euphoria (in working out feminine areas like the chest and hips)

for chest I do bench and shoulders press but right now I don't have much for waste and the reason I do it is because I feel more comfortable being big right now I'm bulking which is where I eat a lot of protein and workout a lot
