Left wing policy supports universal equity, social programs supporting everyone, aka equal outcome not equal chances. This is literally the definition of socialism, which, combined with the fact that we have a preestablished government that would be required to enforce these equity policies by dissolving private ownership. And if they didn't we would just have the only hardworking people working for little to no pay to support their own meager lives and prop up the lives of those who don't work at all. Now, I would like to say as well, that your ideas from communist manifestos are only from the sides that support it, literally no thriving government in the world has existed as a socialist or communist society.
