you still can’t objectively determine that the chances of those things are low, you literally can’t know that “the chances of the universe coming into existence are unknown” because that requires you to have information obtained from outside the universe and you have obviously never been outside this universe before

the 97% figure doesn’t apply because humans aren’t animals and are sentient and it would be much harder to go extinct
