Reddit Cam: I don't blame ya. for me, it was seven months in a frozen apocalypse with nobody there to save me. Sure, doesn't sound hard on paper, but there were mercenaries killing anyone they saw, Destroyed Drones with their bites, and no sun that rose to greet you. I had to do some really f**ked up shit back then... and I still carry the scars to prove it...

Gus: well, for me it was.... uh...... euh..... man, that shit was terrible...... I was stuck on a spaceship floating in deep space... no fuel was left.... everyone else was.... was dead..... Comms were down, almost no r-rations rem-remaining *he'd begin to shiver as he attempted to recall this memory* worst p-part.... wa... was......

some had their spines ripped out with blades at the end like bony, fleshy scorpions, others.... some tried to stab at you till your organs were bleeding out fountains, I remember one was a... a fleshy amalgamation of crewmembers left to rot in the medbay.... some were electrified, for f**ks sake............

Reddit Cam: Jesus, Biomass creatures. I think I got off lucky in some way, even if I just about killed myself three times, it got that stressful. I was lost mentally, and physically crying, pleading for my torment to end... hell. My first day out there started with a wake-up call with a bite on my neck. That shit was terrifying. It wouldn't stop bleeding for two weeks, the Bloodless Hallucinations I'd get, but nothing quells up worse than my last day there...

Gus: I guess I was lucky as well.... I was asleep in my quarters on that ship.... I somehow slept through the parasite contamination alarm..... possibly through the bloodshed of the biomass' slaughter, even, 'cause of how well muted out the sleeping quarters were..... only way I woke up was.... naturally. Wasn't greeted by the bustling sounds of the crew, only dead silence. I thought I just woke up at an odd hour, assuming everyone else was asleep.... but the electricity was off, I saw stains of blood on the floor, guns and radios scattered out and about.... then I saw the flesh........
I thought I was seeing shit... then it lunged at me right as I stepped a bit too close..... I had to tear it off my face and blow it to shit..... I was lucky to even have my gun on me....
I went to the engine room, hoping we still had fuel........ not even an ounce left in the engines.....
I checked communications, all the dashboards and monitors.... I couldn't even recognize that i was inside the comm room....
I was stranded.... all by myself..... the soul survivor..... of that massacre......
It must've been sheer luck that the ship eventually crash landed back home..... I ran, f**king ran like a bat outta hell at the first glimpse of the glorious sunlight, peering through the remains of the ship..... I still remember all of that like it was yesterday...............

Reddit Cam: Yeah. near the end, I found out that Destroyed Drone Rushers can infect people with zombie viruses. I only had to watch some poor MK II mercenaries being bitten before they ripped their team to bit. And before I could board the elevator to Vernon's bunker, one of those things bit my arm good, and I knew it was the end of my road... I threw my things to those that were with me, and I was left with a pistol with only one round, and no mag and... did what had to be done. The worst part was that death isn't instant, it takes a while before your soul fades. So the last thing I heard was a timer expiring on my uniform, informing me the sun finally came up, before I "passed".

Gus: h.... how are you still... "alive", then???

Reddit Cam: Well, I woke up in a mine, and I found a fireaxe, when I took it, I had to kill an MK V mercenary with it. It was a hard fight, but I prevailed and found a key. When I found its door, I saw this room of just pitch black. Curiosity stepped in, and I went in, and I met this guy, who wore a blue tuxedo with a black tie. He held a briefcase, and his pupils were like cameras, glowing from time to time. He offered me a second round at it, being the savior. I took the deal, and now I'm here.

Gus: man.... you're lucky to have gotten a second chance like that.....

Reddit Cam: It's both a blessing, yet a curse at the same time, as my own past haunts me. I was the right man in the wrong place, as I was described, but apparently that makes all the difference in the world...
