Perfect. Go to your system settings (the gear icon on the Home Menu). Then scroll down to Internet and go to Internet Settings. When visible networks appear on-screen, go to whatever network you're going to use for the browser, and choose Change Settings. Then choose DNS Settings, and set it to Manual, with the following settings 45.55.142.122 (Primary) 0.0.0.0 or 45.55.142.122 (Secondary) then save. Then choose Connect to This Network, and if you see "Registration is required to use this network." you've done it right. A few notes though. The browser has a few limitations, the biggest being a 20-minute time limit, all of which are set by Nintendo, and can't be removed. Also, if you ever want to use the Switch's internet normally again, just change the DNS settings back to Automatic. Also, if you change the DNS to Manual again, they're saved from the first time. Also, the settings are network-specific, so you need to set them up for every network.
