What about non-binary people? There are masculine non-binary people, feminine ones, androgynous ones. The whole point is not to be a kind of third gender, but to go against the concept of a gender binary altogether. Those people can be non-binary without medically changing anything. So what about MtF and FtM trans people? Why can't the be considered real women or men?
