IT WAS ALL SKILL GUIDANCE FROM A OLDER MEXICAN WOMAN IN PEPPER SECTION I ASKED A WORKER WHAT PEPPER FOR TAMALE ,SHE ASKED THE WOMAN SO I PICKED THOSE I PURCHASED EVERYTHING FOR TAMALES I HAD THE SEASON ALREADY BUT TO MAKE THIS A STORY AND NOT RECIPE BOOK I MADE 300 TAMALES 🫔 IN 3 HOURS ALONE MY FRIEND WATCHED I HAD A FIRE THAT RENDERED THE FAT ,I HAD PORK IN CROCK POT, CHEESE PEPPER 🫑 CUT I HAD A SYSTEM ALTHOUGH THEY GOT BETTER AND MORE UNIFORMED ALAS THEY WERE DONE ,BUT WHERE I MESSED UP I DIDN'T COOK THE HOT SAUCE PEPPER I JUST PUT WATER AND BLENDED OR DIDN'T ROAST THEM ENOUGH IT UPSET STOMACH BUT IT WAS A HELL OF A RUN AND I GAVE MANY OUT SOME ONE ASKED HOW I MADE THEM THEY WERE SHOCKED I RENDER FAT IN FLAME HE OR SHE SAID NO ONE DOES THAT ,I HAD TO BECAUSE ALL BURNER ON OVEN FULL IT DID LEAVE A DISTINCT TASTE AS I ONLY USE MESQUITE.
