No, its just to relax and chill. and to explore the maps of the game with players instead of fighting.
Can I play as campaign characters like in regular PVP?
Yes, but only you can see yourself as that character. so if two people were playing as Heather BurnMann, only you would see yourself as Heather BurnMann.
Is it JUST exploring and chilling?
No, you can also play mini games with everyone to. like BlackJack,Liars Dice,Poker and other simple stuff to.
is there secrets in the maps that are only found in this mode?
