Disapproving out of you’re own preferences… brigading isn’t against TOS… in the stream rule it says “where you are designated a target AND they are being harassed” if it’s just downvoting it is not harrassing, but if it’s linking to bullying by using certain words/phrases then that is brigading. But downvoting is just normal
