Basically the joke is that the Pokémon on the right there is haunter, which in Pokemon you have to trade it with someone to get it to evolve into Gengar, which is my friend Joel’s favorite pokemon, however, most people who play the game aren’t able to trade, as we see here, the haunter has an everstone on the ground there which keeps it from evolving
