That is why I will put the directions here. First, you add noodles, salt, and white pepper to a pot of simmering water. Then when the noodles are half cooked(you can tell by tearing one in half and looking at how much noodle on the inside is pasty white), then you add eggs, making sure they don't stick to the bottom of the pan or to any noodles. Then when the noodles are almost done, add watercress and soy sauce. Then wait for about 1 minute and serve.(Please record how much time it takes for the noodles to cook, I honestly don't know, I just look at the noodles)
