how may of these do I do each day

Start small, reps of 15, repeat until your muscles are sore and shaky. That’s what I’m doing. Add 5 to each set as you get stronger. You’ll be sore, but it’ll wear off after a couple weeks of doing it daily. Don’t push yourself too far, check your heart rate occasionally, if your chest hurts then stop. Stay hydrated too. I’ll be doing the same.

how long should I plank for

See how long you can hold it. Maybe 10 seconds. Add time as you get stronger. I have an old habit from an old coach I used to go to who made making all the class’ exercises 15 reps/seconds, but it’s a little extreme for planking, so I’d say start with 10 seconds for plank and move up from there as you feel you can handle more.

I’m not very experienced with ladders, but do each exercise each way once to start out with

my brother is more experienced in this kind of stuff and he says that each point is about 4-5 seconds from each other when running. is that right

I’m not sure, it’s been a while since I’ve done ladder.
