It got changed because dems found out they didn't cheat enough and needed a new plan for 2020. It's going to get interesting to see what the court says that is handling the case where a contract driver whistleblower told them he picked up 1 to 2 million ballots in the middle of the night from a UPS facility that does not handle first class mail... in NY to deliver to PA...
