my friend if you don’t want the help then don’t ask for it. Nobody is going to give you a magical solution that’ll give you a will to live. That is something you need to find on your own. You need to figure out that everyone goes through this, mental health crisis schmisis, at some point you are going to have to figure out that in some way that your life is worth living. No one can do that except you.
