Things will get better hiding in your room won't help though go out and talk to people some may not want to listen or look at you but if you go out and talk to people you will get through also smile even if you don't feel happy smile and then after a little bit you will be more happy it is scientifically proven that if you smile even if you are not happy Once the smiling muscles in our face contract, there is a positive feedback loop that now goes back to the brain and reinforces our feeling of joy.
