Harris must be asked if her Kavanaugh standard applies to her husband
Second gentleman Doug Emhoff is accused of slapping his girlfriend in 2012. By Vice President Kamala Harris’s standards, he is guilty, and it would be journalistic malpractice for anyone in the media not to ask her about it at every available opportunity.
The accusation against Emhoff is that he forcefully struck his then-girlfriend in 2012 at a Cannes Film Festival event in France. Two friends of the woman said she told them about this after it happened, and another friend said the woman told her about it in 2014.
