Heavens City Explained

Part 1: Heavens City

Heaven does not have layers unlike Hell. It has a huge city and castle which is known as The City Of Gold. The City Of Gold has many towers, shining in golden colors and a clear sky. No hate is found around, and its a peaceful place. However, it does come with its dark secrets.

Part 2: The Council Of The Elder Angels

Heaven does have a council. The 12 Elder Angels, being the most powerful angels of them all, Which is lead by the maker of them all. "God" himself. The council is summoned whenever a crisis or issue comes to them, which they will think of ways to deal with it. They also are the ones to judge angels that have broken their rules. However, behind all of that royalty, they are cowards that sent their armies to deal with their issues themselves.

Part 3: The Hierarchy

I will list the Hierarchy of Heaven here in order.

"God": The Leader Of Heaven and is the one who created Heaven and Hell. They also aided in creating a bit of the universe.

The Elder Angels: There are 12 in total, which they act as the high council.

Serephin/Guardians: They lead the Angels in terms of military power. The main leader of them all is the Angel known as Yuras, as he's the most bloodthirsty.

Angelfolk: The main form of Angels that appear, many take forms of biblical or human. They take many jobs and some are even sent down to Hell to guard the Fraud Sub Layer or guard Violence. They also take the role of soldiers.

Cherubs: They are messengers of Heaven, giving messages and gifts to others sent by other beings.

Winners: Heavenly Version of the Sinners, being the humans who did get to Heaven.
