Part 1: How A Prime Soul Is Achieved.

A Prime Soul is created when a Sinner has gained enough power after dying, which they gain the will power to create a body of their own, however most are trapped within Flesh Prisons before they fully form. These Flesh Prisons are usually in some shapes and sizes to better contain the Prime Soul.

Part 2: The Power Of A Prime Soul.

Prime Souls are the most powerful form of Sinners, being able to take on the armies of Heaven and most likely win. Its why most are locked away in Fraud. However, there have been a few cases of Prime Souls escaping and causing havoc, which they rallied armies of Sinners to kill any Angel that dares stand in their way. However, they are usually either defeated and killed or are locked back in.
