You could google the remarks, which are dated & verbatim. But tRump joked that he gave the woman whose husband had been killed at his rally, a check for a million-- and many women, he "joked", would rather have the money than have their husbands back. I don't think the woman was present when he made the comment. Still, it's hard to think of something more obnoxious that could be said, in light of the circumstances. It was "only" her husband, after all, taking a bullet for the Mighty T-Rump.
