Part 1: How A Soul Gets Judged

When a soul dies, their soul will be disembodied from their mortal body for around 6-10 minutes. At this time, any entity that collects souls have the chance to do so. If the soul isnt collected in the time frame, they will be transported into a limbo known as "The Court Room"

Part 2: The Court Room

The Court Room in terms of apperance looks like a modern day Court Room, however there are some changes. There are no walls and ceiling, and the sky seems to be grey with dark clouds. There are two Judge seats next to each other. One houses the judge of Heaven, being St Peter. The other seat houses the Judge of Hell, being Minos. On the sides of the Court Room, there are seats full of other souls, waiting their turn. Once a soul is transported into the Court Room, they still will have 30 seconds for anyone to capture their soul, in which if they succed, the soul will simply disappear from the room. This makes both Judges pissed off and they know who does it most of the time. Now.. Onto the Judges themselves.

Part 3: The Judges and their lore.

The Judges were sent by Heaven and Hell to be entrusted with judging the souls, deciding if they go to Heaven or Hell. St Peter has done it willingly and can freely leave at anytime, however he enjoys his job. However, Minos is doing his job as a punishment. Both judges have a mutual relationship, however Minos envys St Peter.

Part 4: Minos, The Judge Of Hell.

Minos in terms of appearance is rather strange. In most appearances they look human, with two snakes coiling his wrists. He also wears a purple robe with golden accents. He wears a crown, with the designs of two golden snakes holding up a purple gem. However, whenever Minos is enraged, his skin turns into purple scales and his eyes become more like a snakes. In personality, he's more serious then St Peter, and takes his job seriously. However Minos has some plans. Minos plans to rebuild Hell into a paradise for all Sinners. However, he just needs the right moment to do it.

Part 6: How Judgement Works

Both Minos and St Peter will balance all of the souls Sins and Virtues on a scale. If the Sins outweigh the Virtues, they will be sent to Hell. However if the Virtues outweigh the Sins, they go to Heaven. If a soul however has both Sins and Virtues balanced perfectly, the soul can be reborn as a human to serve their life once again. However, if a soul has done the impossible and defied the ruling and have enough strength, the soul could be reborn into a powerful deity thats like The Crooked Man.
