technically hatching it would allow males but they're only able to be female post-gallade because male kirlia can't evolve into gardevoir
and also transferring from gen 3

male Kirlia actually CAN evolve into Gardevoir, it’s just that if a Kirlia is female it’s not able to evolve into Gallade, but if it’s male then it can evolve into both
