A Sunflower; Brightness and sunshine are all that they see.
The life of a sunflower sounds perfect to me.
They wake in the morning, point their face to the sky.
Soak in warmth and sunshine, and never ask why.
They follow the rays path from morning till night.
With their head always lifted, and the sun in their sight.
But some days it’s too cloudy for the sun to shine through.
No brightness to follow, so guess what they do.
They look at each other, and like that they’ll stay.
For the brightness they see, helps them get through the day. S.B.M.K
