Making some dark dex entries off of some stuff I wanted to see made like UB-wither | UB-Wither Type:ghost and grass This pokemon resembles that of a leafeon but it can be assumed that it is a completely different species……the first sightings of one of these were……terrifying to say the least……they’re bodies are falling apart……they leave behind this trail of dust as they move around….the last sighting we’ve had was one of a corpse……we don’t know what has happened to these things…..but they’ve disappeared off our radar…for now | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

Wait... It sounds like it's either an Ultra Beast (from the UB in the title, with UB-01 Simbiont (Nihelego) being the first one) or a convergent evolution (i.e. Diglett vs. Wiglett, see https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Ecologically_similar_Pok%C3%A9mon for the others)...
