Appearance: This stand manifests itself as an engraved, handheld lighter. This stand’s flame is notable for its green coloring with a yellowish hue. However, this stand or its flames cannot be seen by non stand users
Range: The area of effect is close range, but the flames it creates can spread further but will fade after around 13 meters away from the user
Ability: This stands ability isn’t like a normal fire, far from it. When an object is ignited, the fire will spread like a natural one, spreading faster on flammable objects but doesn’t cause any actual damage. Instead, it’s a fire that mainly affects the living. When something alive is caught on fire, they don’t notice the fire as it doesn’t actually harm people, the only people who can are stand users. Once caught on fire, the 「Fire Starter」’s user can affect the target psychologically, effectively acting as mind control. This can also be used to create illusions and alter their targets nervous system, such as forcing them to experience excruciating pain. The only way to remove the fire is to render the user unconscious or dead, or “put out” the fire by conventional means to deal with a real fire (such as water)
Side note: The idea is that the user is somewhat of a wealthy jerk who manipulated others into the spotlight and this stand reflects that.
