You misquoted Vance and took it out of context.
Vance said “The rules were that you guys weren't going to fact check and since you're fact checking me, I think it's important to say what's actually going on,”

There were rules established prior to the debate and the moderators broke them. It turns out that they were factually wrong and Vance called them out.

The facts are you guys can’t win unless you cheat, at every thing.

And Walz’s quote is also wrong… it isn’t a Nation issue, it’s a state issue. Abortion, reproductive health, women’s health aren’t a Federal issue, as they aren’t mentioned in the Constitution as being delegated to the Federal Government, it is clearly an issue reserved to each state, or the people.
