Not many might agree, but I just look at how my life might have been if it wasn't for COVID. Or how it's influenced our culture. It's produced and popularized a lot of bad stuff for sure (everything happens online now, streaming services are more prevalent than ever, social media has taken off like nothing else, graphics card prices are laughable), but it's because of all that crap that I'm able to look at culture and realize none of it matters and you can do what you want. I used to be heavily into politics. I really do think it was COVID that changed my mind on being so passionate about it. I have friends who are super political, and they just remind me of myself when I was in high school. Not that being political makes you immature, but COVID helped me understand that there are far more important things to be passionate about, especially in your early life.
Also COVID happened my senior year of high school. My dad was making me run for the track team, and I hated it with every ounce of my being. I was hoping that COVID would stop the entire track season, and my prayers were answered... for a lot longer than I was expecting.
