It's really nice
It is a doors-type
but it has cool character designs and actual lore

not even gonna lie to you I've never liked doors but I ain't gonna judge you for liking it

I mean the gameplay may not be exciting for some, that's fair

It was a little slow paced for my liking but I assume that was because it was my first playthrough

A large part of the game is trial and error
and sure, you get screwed over by luck sometimes
But that's the way it is

Sounds like it's gonna drive me insane

you don't have to play if you're sure you're not going to enjoy the game

It's gameplay is not for everyone
and I would at least take the criticism to the game better knowing you'd actually played it
There are parts where you will be rushed and you'll need to act fast

It just seems super annoying that this game has SO many rooms or doors or whatever they're called and you can just die at any given second and go all the way back and you can't take breaks because it's an online game and you can't pause

What mattered to me was that you hated on it with no experience
Now you have a valid reason to hate the game

First off I didn't hate the GAME, I hated seeing it everywhere
Second off I still want to try it. I barely got a taste of it before I had to go do something else

it's realistic to the context of the game
you are a human
you can't pause time or die multiple times
and the joy that comes from finally completing the game is astounding
even getting far is really fun
but you know, I'm not gonna be mad if you don't like it
You tried and it wasn't for you

I know it's realistic
But aren't games supposed to be an escape from reality?
It just kinda seems like (forgive me for this comparison) Paper Mario's Pit of 100 Trials but without any of the things that made it doable
Also I barely played it, I'm not done trying it yet

It isn't exactly fast paced, definitely a slow burn
But the suspense builds
And you get more and more careful the further you progress because you can't pick up where you left off
you'd be on the edge of your seat because you feel like at any moment something could come up from behind and slit your throat

I'm going into this with a positive outlook
Trust me, I am
But that just seems really frustrating

Not all games necessarily have to be non-realistic
I do see why this seems like an impossible rage game
But I just get joy from correctly performing a series of tasks and being able to proceed

I'm not giving up on it yet

and yeah you do start off slow when you don't understand anything
