Honestly, with the chaos in this world, a nice private island in the Caribbean or the Mediterranean(or better yet, in the middle of the ocean) would be a wise purchase, or if you’re more concerned about chaos within the US, maybe a rowhouse in the diplomatic neighborhood in London(really safe)
