The way I see it, I think that Gen Alpha is from ages 0 - 9, and Gen Beta is 10 - 15. Gen Gamma is 16 - 20, Gen Delta is 21 - 25, Gen Epsilon is 26 - 31, and Gen Zeta, or Gen Z, is 32 - 38. And so on and so on.

and now its just beta

But then that means:
Alpha: 0 - 8.
Beta: 9 - 16.
Gamma: 17 - 24.

Epsilon: 33 - 40.
Zeta: 41 - 48.
