Neutral tastes are more tolerable. I know that I like the taste of biscuits already, so it's not averted right now. If I eat a food too often, or like it a little too much, I get nerfed and feel aversion to the food.
This has gotten to a degree of struggling to eat more than one total meal a day. Aversions are complex and can beat down or lift up at any time.
