in rdr2 when arthur uses dead eye its slowed down ofc so we can mark many targets so we can kill them. but obviously in the targets perspective arthur would be normal speed. and since arthur could kill up to 14 targets with some rifles before they can even raise their gun. what i wanna know is how fast arthur was shooting without the slowdown
