So there are many things to consider
Like are they all gonna jump on Goku or he gonna fight them one on one, does he gets healed after every fight, which Goku are we talking about, which universe are we fighting in DBZ or JoJo's , how ki will be defined, how some stands work on Goku,what motivates Goku to fight,how angry is he

-So if they gonna jump on Goku in DBZ verse I think Goku might lose but atleast killing 99% of them same in jojo verse
-If he is serious and gets to fight one on one then he might win like the ultra instinct is freaking FTL

I agree with the fact that he negs 99%, but there are some very specific stands that are pretty much impossible for Goku to bypass. Golden Experience Requiem can’t be attacked, because any attempt to do harm to Giorno gets undone instantly. Even someone who had basically stepped outside of time itself (Diavalo), he couldn’t be attacked. Don’t even get me started on Wonder of U💀
